Returns Policy

Silver-handmade.com respects your right to return the products you bought, without the obligation to explain your decision, within 7 calendar days from the day of delivery. In this case, you are only charged for the return shipping.

Your merchandise will be accepted for return after a quality check and only if it is in new, unworn condition and has not been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery. The receipt or invoice and the original packaging of your purchase must also be returned.

In the rare case that you receive a defective, damaged or different from what you ordered product, please contact us immediately to arrange for its cost free return and replacement.

To avoid your own discomfort, it is advisable to check carefully the condition of the products and their packaging at the time of delivery in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. damaged merchandise, wrong product, etc.).

Returns will not be accepted for items that are seasonal or customized. Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial Paypal account used for paying for the order. Processing time may vary depending on the corresponding bank.

GIFT RETURNS If you received a gift and would like to return it simply follow the instructions regarding return policy. Please note that gifts can only be exchanged for items of an equal or higher value. Store credit and refunds do not apply.

The refund will be completed within 10 days from the day the returning products are received. The exact time depends on the payment method used for their purchase.
