International delivery
International deliveries served by the Hellenic Post
Your order will be delivered at your local post office by the national postal service of your country in cooperation with the Greek National Postal Services Company ELTA SA with a registered, 1st class priority shipment.
You will be provided with a tracking number in order to always know where your package is, through your country΄s postal service tracking system (where available).
For European countries the delivery time is 6 – 8 business days.
For non-European countries the delivery time is increaced up to 6 days.
In exceptional cases or during national holidays, the shipping times might change due to increased volume of work or force majeure.
If an item is indicated as Limited or Sold, you will have to contact us to inform you about its availability and delivery time. In most cases the delivery of these products does not take more than 1-2 extra days
If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. extreme weather conditions, strikes etc.) we cannot deliver your order on time, we will contact you so you can decide if you still want to receive your order.
Silver-handmade.com reserves the right to ask for advance payment for any order, or change the listed prices without notice.
No product will be reserved without a proper order.
All items shipped outside Greece or European Community may be subject to import and duties custom taxes. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. We will not be responsible for any duties and custom taxes applicable in your country. Kindly check with you country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
In exceptional cases your order may be delivered by the Hellenic Post (the national postal services company ELTA SA) with a registered, 1st class priority shipment for deliveries in remote or not easily accessible areas of your country. In this case you will be notified prior to shipping for the expected delivery date.

If you wish, you can pick up your order from our workshop in str 6 Pavlou Nirvana, Thessaloniki. In this case, please inform us of your intention by writing “Pick up from workshop” in the comments field, before your submit your order. You can pick up your order from our workshop the next day if not the same.
Even if you haven’t made a reservation order, you can visit our retail shop, but we cannot guarantee the availability of the jewels you are interested in.
